Prior to owning and operating Hale’s Heating and Cooling, Bill worked in Local #2 as a commercial sheet metal worker for over 20 years. He developed a reputation for doing things right and finding solutions to challenges in the field. He holds a Master Mechanical License and a Master Pipe Fitter License in Kansas City, Missouri. Under his leadership, commercial services have grown and are now operated as Hale’s Mechanical. Bill combines his expertise and sense of humor to work with general contractors, engineers and team members to solve problems for our residential and commercial customers.

Michele’s background as a graphic designer has translated well to this business by giving Hale’s a unique identity in the market. The retro feel to the graphics pays tribute to Hale’s long years of service in the community. The hateful beast creates a memorable character on Hale’s vehicles and marketing materials. Michele is passionate about providing value to Hale’s customers with energy rebates and flexible financing on high efficient equipment. She sits on the Evergy Heating and Cooling rebate program advisory board as well as the Carrier Dealer Advisory Committee.

I am grateful to be a part of a business which values people and relationships as a part of their business model, and not merely building a customer list for the sake of sheer volume. That will take care of itself as the business is done “right.” This is being accomplished daily by our field and support staff of which is second to none!

I have been in the trade for 30 years now, and have seen the evolution of thoughts, ideas and technologies which are changing the way people live and use their homes, but one thing remains the same. We want to be comfortable while we are there and Hales’ is committed to doing their part by maintaining, and when necessary, updating your HVAC equipment to that end.
